The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with everything well-maintained and super clean. the staff were friendly and provided clear instructions for check-in.

Great location in the heart of the city, perfect for exploring all the attractions Florence has to offer. The rooms have an authentic, ancient style with good facilities and even breakfast included. The staff is welcoming and attentive to detail, making the stay a great value for money.
